Shipping policy

Shipping Times (please read below for processing times and cut offs. Please keep in mind we do not ship packages out on national holidays they ship next business day)

Processing time is 1-3 days before order will ship.

USPS Priority: estimated 2-3 business days 

USPS Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed orders before 12:00 pm CT time)

USPS Ground: estimated 1-5 business days 

Local Pickup/ Delivery:  

  • Thursday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
  • Saturday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm & on Saturdays that I don’t work 10:00am-8:00pm.
  • DM business page for any questions and concerns.

 

     USPS Priority: Packages are processed and shipped out between 1-3 BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday) after order is received and will take 3-5 business days to be delivered. Rockford, Loves Park, Machesney Park, and Roscoe residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. USPS Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency ad does not deliver or operate on national holidays.  

 

     USPS Express: This is the only guaranteed service USPS provides for shipping. USPS Express orders take 1-2 business days to be delivered. Orders must be placed BEFORE our cut off time which is 12:00 pm CT time. If you place your order after 12:00 pm CT time, your order will ship out next business day. If you place your order on Friday before 12:00 pm you will get it next BUSINESS DAY which will be Monday. 

   

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right now and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Santiago Devon Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.  

 

IMPORTANT* If you don't receive your package and the tracking doesn't say delivered, please reach out to us within 45 days of the date of shipping. We CANNOT file a claim with USPS after that date. They have a strict time limit on case filings and if it is past this date, they will not let us open a claim, therefore we cannot replace the package or issue a in store credit.
