Refund policy

 

No Refunds, Exchanges Only. 

- Must notify business within 7 days of receiving the product if it does not fit or if you're unsatisfied with the product to qualify for an exchange. 

- Item must be unworn/unused and in regular condition of when you received the item.  

- Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning item, not the Boutique. 

- No returns on white clothing or any swim suits. 

- All Items must be returned to:

- Once Chiica Boutique has received the returned item and determines that it's in the original condition, we will issue out a store credit to the customers email.
